The April board meeting is being rescheduled for the third Saturday of the month. New date of meeting is April 18, 2026 at 10:00AM in the Lodge.

Our by-laws state:

Section VI. Meetings. Meetings of the Board of Directors, regular or special are to be held within Logan County, specifically within the confines of the campground. Any change in time and location must be notified to the membership of The Association at least ten (10) days before such meeting takes place. Regular Board of Directors meetings will take place on the second Saturday of each month starting at 9:00 a.m. in the Lodge May, June, July, August, September and October and will be held in the office at 10:00 am. November, December, January, February, March and April. The President or the Secretary on the written request of two Directors may call special meetings of the Board of Directors. Written notice of a special meeting shall be given to each Director at least ten (10) days before the day of the meeting. A notice of such meeting is to be posted on the board at the gate at least ten (10) days before such meeting. Neither the business to be transacted at, nor the purpose of, any regular or special meeting of the Board of Directors need be specified in the notice or waiver of such meeting.
